What happens when two creative minds meet? Something truly unique happens. From two completely different walks of life, Paul Edwards aka djpe and Spenser Michaels reunited to complete a song idea that djpe found on his hard drive which the two had recorded some time earlier. Upon rediscovering that idea, they set out to finish the song. The results exceeded expectations and the duo decided to release a single.
“Is Anyone Listening” is a story about cultivating self-love and finding your own way. After the music production was completed by djpe, he and Spenser Michaels collaborated to create a visually compelling music video that’s now available on YouTube. This project features the combined talents of video director, motion graphic artist, producer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist djpe and singer/songwriter, visual artist, actor and dancer, Spenser Michaels. in the next couple of months, the duo will release their follow-up single which features Spenser on lead vocal and Guest MC/rapper Knowledgethekid.
